Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Strikeline and TradeTape websites and mobile applications ("the Services"). The short version: we collect as little as possible, we sell nothing, and we track nothing across other apps or sites.

What we collect

• Website waitlist: your email address, used solely to contact you about launch and product updates. Unsubscribe at any time.
• Strikeline app: your settings (server address, license key) are stored only on your device. The app contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and no cross-app tracking. API requests to our signal service carry your license key for entitlement checks and nothing else.
• TradeTape app: your instance address and API key are stored only on your device and are sent solely to the server address you yourself configure. We never receive your broker credentials, positions, or account data.
• Subscriptions: payments are processed by our payment providers (e.g. Stripe or app-store billing); we receive subscription status, never your card details.

What we do not do

• No sale or rental of personal data — to anyone, ever.
• No advertising trackers, no fingerprinting, no cross-app identifiers.
• No collection of your brokerage credentials or trading account data.

Data retention & deletion

Waitlist and account emails are kept until you ask us to delete them. In the apps, use Settings → Delete my data to erase everything stored on your device instantly. To delete server-side subscription records, email us and we will comply within 30 days.
